Sommerherz - Progress

Here is the latest design that I'm stitching with the Sticklounge Group. It's called Sommerherz (or Summer Heart). I'm using DMC 3341 & 3345 on a light green linen that I got from HDF. One more part and this one is finished. :)

Gazette94 - #1 - Completed 5-1-11

Here is the very first of Claire's "Freebie" designs from her blog. It's stitched on 18ct Aida with HDF silks in 3 colors. I decided to finish it as a small pillow.

Gazette94 - I LOVE THIS BLOG!!!

I love Claire Findlay's blog:

I have followed her blog for a long, long time. I've decided, when I feel the need for a quick finish, that I'm going to stitch as many of her designs, she so graciously gives us, as I can and I'm going back to the beginning! With her very first one.

Victoria's Quaker Needlecase - Dessin - Completed April 7, 2011

Here is the complete stitched piece. I used HDF "Yawning Mountain" on 28ct Ecru Evenweave. Since I'm not real handy with a sewing machine, I'm going to take it to my aunt and let her finish it for me.

This is the left side and if you look at the top part, the colors are pretty close to what they should be. The bottom is much lighter.

This is the middle panel and same as above, the colors in the top are closer than the colors at the bottom.

This is the right side, which will wind up being the front. In this photo the colors at the top are very, very close to being right.

FIRST FINISH OF 2011!!

ABC1900 - Progress as off March 27, 2011

I started this a long while ago, when it first came out, but other things, like life, got in the way.

I finally finished Part 3 last night and started on Part 4. It's a very easy stitch and I can watch TV, or rather listen to it, and work on this without being afraid that I've miscounted somewhere.

I'll post another progress picture when I finish Part 4.

Happy Stitching everyone!
